We are so excited to announce our newest addition to the South Carolina office. Please everyone welcome Kerri Ferranti. 

Kerri grew up in Rockaway, NJ before she went to Barry University in Miami, FL for Sport Management. Her heart led her towards teaching where she taught high school and elementary school for many years before becoming a Realtor. She now resides in Summerville, SC with her husband, toddler, and 2 dogs. They enjoy the lifestyle the Charleston area has to offer and believe the people here are what makes South Carolina really special. Kerri began her career in real estate after experiencing a need for outstanding service that was lacking while trying to rent and purchase her own homes.  Kerri is currently licensed to help you buy, sell and rent property in both Florida and South Carolina. She holds herself to a high standard of integrity, compassion, and hard work and will continue to provide great service and a trusted relationship wherever life may take you!
