That’s right, we’re offering a cruise August 17th-21st (Thursday through Monday). This is a 4-day/3-night cruise leaving from Jacksonville and sailing to Freeport, Bahamas then to Bimini, Bahamas. The last day will be a Fun Day at Sea and on that day, for those interested, we will be having a 6-hour certification class, Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) certification. By attending this SFR® class, you can write off the entire trip!  

This will be sailing on the Carnival Cruise Ship Elation. The rooms consist of two twin beds that can be kept separate or pushed together.  The cost is as follows:

$540.20 Total per persona based on Double Occupancy

$65.00 Vacation Protection (Optional)

$58.00 Prepay Gratuity (Or can be added to your room at the end of the cruise)

Grand Total of $663.20 per person based on Double Occupancy if you want the Vacation Protection and prepay the gratuity

A deposit of $150.00 per person is due no later than April 5th.   Balance is due by the end of May.

Should you want to sign up for the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) class, the early bird special is $99.00. Cost to sign up after June 1st is $199.00. 

*Don’t forget…GAR will reimburse you for 1 Certification or Designation Class per year through their scholarship fund.  All you have to do is apply!

RSVP by March 31st and again, the deposit of $150 per person is due no later than April 5th.
