2. $380k Monroe, Social Circle, Madison, or Monticello 3 bed, 2.5 bath can close fast

3. $199k Covington (east side), Social Circle, Rutledge, Monroe, or Madison - first time home buyer. 

4. Looking for a lot/land. Mansfield, Newborn, Dixie Road area, Social Circle, Rutledge areas. 

5. $235k Barnsville, Monticello, or Gay at least 3 bedroom 1 bath FHA

  1. I have new construction in Monroe, 1 mile from downtown and 1 mile to Monroe Country Club Golf Course if they want to go that far into Walton Co Prices are 429-549 though.
